**Responsibilities: **
1. **Bookkeeping Duties: **
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure proper funding for operations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce carrying costs.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding stock levels and purchasing.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role, including experience with inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
